Pastor Anthony's Testimony
In 1981, I first experimented with crack cocaine. It didn't take long for that experimentation to turn into an addiction that consumed my life for thirteen years. It brought me to a lifestyle where I was in and out of the county jails, and I spent over ten years of my life in the Texas Department of Corrections. My life was hopeless and defeated. I was a lost man in the streets of Fort Worth, Texas.
Then one day someone told me about a place on the north side of Fort Worth that was changing the lives of drug addicts. It was called the Victory Home. After considering a drug house robbery, I decided to go to the Victory Home instead. It was there that I met a man by the name of Pastor Gerald Salomon who told me that Jesus Christ had a plan for my life.
On October 4, 1994, I took a step of faith and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I give Jesus Christ all the honor and all the glory for the salvation of my soul and for the forgiveness of all my sins.
